IF GOVT HAD BEEN CONSULTING ME, THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER – ECL Former President Edgar Lungu has charged that if the current leadership in government had been consulting him, things would have been better for the country. Speaking at a public rally organized by the Citizens First party in Kitwe, Mr. Lungu who has bemoaned the high cost of living says Zambians deserve proper leadership. Mr. Lungu says if re-elected, he would do better because of the experience he has gained. And Citizens First party President Harry Kalaba says for the first time, his party has been allowed to hold a public rally under the UPND government.
